BUILT FOR YOU…
ONE HAT AT A TIME.

A Rawlin hat doesn’t come off a shelf. It comes from a conversation, a sketch, a block of felt, and a whole lot of handwork. Every one is made to order — custom-built to fit you, your life, and wherever you’re headed next.

If you're here, you're probably not looking for something off-the-rack. You want something that fits like it’s always been yours. That’s what I do.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. REACH OUT

Start by filling out the form below. Let me know what you're thinking — shape, color, how you’ll wear it, or even just a vibe you’re after.

2. WE TALK

From there, I’ll get in touch. We’ll go back and forth a bit — email, call, text — whatever works best for you. I’ll walk you through options like brim width, crown shape, band materials, distressing, and fit.

3. I BUILD

Once the details are locked in, I’ll start the build. Every Rawlin hat is shaped by hand in my studio using traditional tools and top-tier materials. No shortcuts. This process takes time, but it’s time well spent.

4. YOU GET YOUR HAT

When it’s done, I’ll send a few final photos your way, and once you give the thumbs up, I’ll ship it straight to your door.

WHAT TO THINK ABOUT

You don’t need to have it all figured out — that’s what I’m here for. But it helps to start with a few ideas:

  • How you’ll wear it (daily use, special occasions, out in the field)

  • Crown shape and brim width you’re drawn to

  • Whether you like things clean and crisp or roughed up and lived-in

  • Any personal details you might want to include

This process is about building something together — something that feels like yours before it even arrives.
